How are you feeling right now? Spread your awareness throughout your body. How does it feel physically?

Are you comfortable in this moment?

What do the sheets or blankets feel like on top of you?

What is the temperature of the air around you?

What sounds can you hear?

Take the time to notice these different sensations.

It's a fantastic way to bring yourself into the present.
