Forward and backwards, alternating sides, perhaps, however many times feels good for you.

When you're ready, close your eyes and inhale deeply for three seconds.

Then hold it and exhale for three seconds.

Continue this steady breath and pay attention to how your body feels.

Without lingering too long,

notice every part of your body, from your toes to the top of your head, and mindfully

release any tension you find there. With one more deep breath in, when you're done audibly sigh out your exhale and settle down

while I recap our last episode.
