Take a deep breath, in through your nose.

When you breathe deeply, you physically calm your nervous system, which is why you feel

more peaceful.

Focusing on these calming breaths, notice how the air enters and leaves your body, and maybe how your chest

and stomach rise and fall with each breath. If your mind wanders, gently guide it back to your breath.

Try not to get frustrated.

Inhale, deep leap, inviting in the positive, and exhale, releasing the negative.

June arrived and Marilla came to Green Gables to help Anne.

She stayed dutifully out of the way of Susan, the elderly hired handmaid from the Glen,

and one evening Dr. Dave was called to assist with the birth.

The labour went on all night, and Marilla began to be worried about Anne.

But by dawn, she was safe from danger and had delivered a beautiful baby girl.

However, Joyce, as she was named, was not meant for this world.
