Breathe in through your nose and exhale completely.

Relaxing your chest and your stomach. Now think about letting your legs, your thighs and calves sink downward.

Roy told Anne that he had arranged for his mother and sisters

to come to Patty's place on Saturday.

She was not prepared, however, for them to arrive unannounced on Friday instead. The meeting went off well in the end. Roy's mother was not a fan of cats and his

elder sister sat on a chocolate cake which had been quickly hidden behind a sofa cushion, but his youngest

sister Dorothy seemed lovely.

Final exams were underway at Redmond and everyone passed with honours.
