Incentivizing companies building that resilience, thinking about public companies and how some

of the secrecy around ransom payments would make boards take more responsibility, look at

this issue.

A kind to the way we looked at, you know, accounting controls, a decade of growth and

internal controls, a decade ago. So thinking through that process to say, where are the

levers we can press to build resilience?

And then the reason we've built such a really integrated holistic ransom strategy, the

reason the president's really asked us to think through and bring all elements of the

US government together on our ransom strategy is to recognize that no one element is going

to achieve the objective, but bringing most together holistically in a coordinated way

will.

And that includes disrupting via law enforcement and other methods, ransom actors, ransom

networks working closely with the private sector.

And certainly includes, as I mentioned, building capacity and cryptocurrency to be able to pursue

those illicit funds payments.
