I don't feel like I'm getting on my arm off by noon. Like it just, those crashes and those cravings are just gone. They just go. Yeah. It's the first thing I always hear from clients. They're like, Jesus Christ, I'm not eating. They call me Jesus Christ. Jesus Christ, I'm not eating as much as I used to eat. It feels good to be in control. Yeah, you know, you don't feel hungry, you don't feel ravenous, you don't feel like you have to grab something to eat right away. Yeah, and that's, in the past, that's led me to bad choices. for as much as I was trying to be an athlete, like, I would just get hungry and I would be like, oh, Carl's Jr. And dive in. Yeah. Yeah, I mean, you just make bad choices. You know, you can offend Carl's Jr. I think they're okay. Yeah. Yeah. But it's a big, I mean, it's big. Fuck Carl's Jr. Yeah, fuck them. In the face.
