Yeah, I ran a 5K this morning on hills. Good. And then I gave blood. What are you trying to outdo me? I earned a nap. Let's just put it that way. I earned a nap. Anna, this is the angriest trainer podcast. I'm the angriest trainer. You're not supposed to outdo what I do on a Sunday morning. I did it. Congratulations. No, you're usually like driving, riding your bike for six hours to train a client. So I didn't even come close to that. But I was trying to live tweet from the blood donation, which was difficult because you're doing the blood thing. And then live tweeting to try to get people to come down. Got a few folks to come down and give blood.

So that's cool. But the Red Cross would not let me show the needle going into my arm. Why? I don't know. They said that I wasn't allowed to tweet that. They had to put a piece of gauze over it. Come on. Yeah. I did. Really? I tweeted it, but they wouldn't.
