I want to welcome my co-host, Anna Vuccino.

How are you doing, Vin? I'm good.

You know, I'm going to get back to Anna in just a minute because, you know, we really have a jewel in Anna.

And I want to talk about that just a little more.

But first I want to talk about why we're doing this. I've been a fitness trainer.

I've been in the business for over 30 years.

I have a degree in physical education from Tulane University,

which is one of the top medical schools in a country.

And I'm known as the guy to go to in Beverly Hills. That's not me bragging.

Well, yeah, actually, it is me bragging, but I'm the guy people go to. Not because they like me,

because I'll be perfectly honest. A lot of people can't stand me.

And the reason they can't stand me is because I tell the truth.

I don't hook my bandwagon to any of these lies that are out there.

As a matter of fact, you know, if this podcast becomes popular, it's going to be a problem because we're going to have trouble getting, you know, sponsorship.

You know, Gatorade certainly won't sponsor us because, think about it.

You know, if you're sitting there telling people what's wrong with the fitness world,
