Hi, I'm Dave, Angela Wrights. Today, I completed my 90-day challenge that I began on January 1st.

Thank you for your motivation. I would never have done it without your daily podcast. In fact,

I would never have even thought of doing something like this on my own. I just printed out a new

tracker in hopes of continuing this habit. Angela, congratulations, you've done a hard thing.

Overwhelmingly, most people who set a goal, regardless of what the goal is,

do not achieve that goal.

In fact, I've seen recent research that indicates it's just 6% who set a goal and then achieve it. So you're part of the Elite 6 club. Congratulations.

And I love how you're thinking about the next 90-day challenge. It's like, okay, did this once.

Now I'm going to do it again.

I'm writing to you again.

It has nothing to do with your grandparents' puppets, nor how I got started walking 30 years ago due to a challenge at my work.

So a quick little interjection here.

I guess it was a month or two ago.

Patty bought the podcast, a virtual coffee, and she had a question about a puppet show that she

saw in elementary school.

She lived in suburban Washington, D.C., and she knew that, because I've mentioned it, my grandparents were professional puppeteers, Paul's puppets,

and they performed at schools. That's part of what they did.

And I didn't know whether they, because they were from the

Baltimore area, I don't know if they performed in schools closer to D.C. And I asked my dad, I said,
