0:07.5

leaders like you go further faster.

0:10.1

I'm Andy Stanley.

0:10.8

And today we're doing something a little different.

0:13.7

We ask you to send in the leadership questions that are keeping you up at night.

0:19.8

And today I'm going to, well, I'm going to ask my

0:22.8

co-host, Susie Gray, to answer all of them for you. Susie, are you ready for this? Because these

0:29.4

are good questions. These questions came from all kinds of leaders, executives, team leads,

0:34.4

nonprofit directors, and some people who were just stepping into leadership roles for the first time.

0:39.7

Some of these questions are super practical. Some of them are personal. They're all very relevant.

0:45.4

Again, joining me as always is my co-host Susie Gray. So Susie, how did we collect these questions?

0:50.9

And can listeners call in while we're on the air?

0:55.9

We're not doing that. No, we're not doing a call-in-so. Okay. So how did we get these questions? So we invited on our podcast last month

1:02.4

for listeners to email us in with any questions that are keeping them up at night that they would

1:07.6

love to ask. And then we also send an email to those that have connected with us that way, the same question. And we got so many emails. And what we tried to do

1:17.0

is really distill it down to the questions that represented the biggest themes that were asked.

1:22.8

So hopefully we did a good job with that. Hopefully for those that submitted questions,

1:26.6

we got to yours, or at least the ones that we did get to, are super helpful and practical.

1:30.8

Yeah.

1:31.2

And most of the folks who sent us questions said we could use their names.

1:34.6

They did.

1:35.4

That was surprising.
