here absolutely now this is a It's great to be here. Absolutely. Now, this is a, it's going to be in line and a little bit of a departure from some of my typical guests who come on and talk about,

you know, they are marketing experts, brand experts, publicists, people who are creating brands, but I also bring on entrepreneurs, which you are, and you also have some things to share on the marketing side with your business.

So before we get into that, I'd love for you to introduce a little bit more about yourself

and how you got into the world of finance.

Okay, sure. Well, I will, I embrace the opportunity to be a typical.

The world of finance, I would say that I was born into it because I am in a family business. I grew up in a household where talking about a company's return on equity at the dinner table actually happened.

Wow. Because my dad was director of research at the Bank of New York in the 70s, ran a research department, had about 200 institutions subscribing to the bank's research, and a lot of history there because the Bank of New York is among, it's one of the oldest banks in America founded by Alexander Hamilton.

And my mom went back to work when I was in fourth grade. She was working as a broker broker as a stock broker at Merrill Lynch. So my brother and I were

surrounded by it. I didn't know that I would join the family business, but that's where I ended up about 24, 25 years ago, and I work with my younger brother.

I should say that my father went on after the bank.

He ran the money management subsidiary at the bank,

so he managed the bank's pension fund as well as outside clients.

And then being an immigrant from China to the US his dream was always to own his own business

so I think two years shy of turning 50 he founded running 50 he founded running
