1:09.3	I want to talk about a personal item because this morning it was announced on Twitter and with a release, not that it's any big news that anyone really cares about.
1:18.6	But the University of Louisville Athletic Department, Louisville, as it's called, announced a partnership consultancy, strategic advisor relationship with your friendly podcast host.
1:34.3	So I have been consulting with and advising Louisville Athletics actually since January 1 when I signed on.
1:42.3	Their athletic director is a guy named Josh Hurd, H-E-I-R-D, and I think the world of him,
1:47.4	and he worked at Villanova years ago as Deputy A.D. under Mark Jackson, who's now AD, at Northwestern.
1:54.0	And we developed a relationship then, but not very close, but he tabbed me in the fall as he was sitting in these ACC meetings and hearing
2:03.0	all the changes ahead and the house settlement and what's coming and direct payments to schools
2:08.2	and pro sports coming to college sports. And he actually texted me or emailed during those meetings
2:14.5	and wanted to have a conversation. And basically, in so many words,
2:18.6	said, can you help us? And help them with a world of college sports becoming more like professional
2:25.1	sports every day. As everyone knows, this has all become a different world. Now, what you've seen
2:31.4	around college sports are a lot of GMs being hired with NFL and NBA backgrounds.
2:37.6	You've seen Michael Lombardi being named GM of UNC football. You've seen Jim Nagy, who is the
