actually going to start with a gambling story. And maybe it's more about baseball Hall of Fame story.

But it's because today is May 14th as I record this.

In May 14th, 2018, was an historic day in the business of sports and the law of sports.

It changed the world.

There's no area of sports law or sports business that has seen amount of change as sports betting, sports gambling.

There's nothing like it, although NIL in the last few years is moving into a second place.

But there's nothing that's changed like that.

And we go back to the name that I'm talking about in this segment, Pete Rose. Pete Rose was

banned for betting on baseball. It's part of a litigation that was actually settled,

banned by Commissioner Bart Giamatti in August of 1989, so 40-something years ago.

1989, right? I'm sorry, 30-something years ago. 1989, right?

So that hasn't changed until today.

So on the anniversary, let me explain May 14th.
