musical of this century close quote and for which Randels received a best actor in a musical, Tony nomination.

Right now he's a Tony nominee again in the category of Best Featured Actor in a Musical for

his work in the revival of Falsetos, which ran on the Great White Way from October 2016 through January 2017,

and which was filmed and will air on PBS later this year.

He's also in serious contention for his first Emmy nomination for his unforgettable

work as Elijah, the gay ex-boyfriend of Lena Dunum's Hannah on HBO's comedy series

Girls, which came to an end in April.
