Yeah, I'm okay. Thanks, mate. Really appreciate you joining me. Glad to see you well. Glad to see you looking as fit and as healthy as you were a couple years ago when you left

a football club, maybe even better because you might have had some more sunshine in the past

couple of years as well.

You don't get much of that in Liverpool, unfortunately.

Something, even Mohammed Sala, the gym freak who's obsessed with fitness and he treats

that as much of the job as the football side of it.

I'm not even sure he enjoyed the lactate test, but somebody I know definitely didn't enjoy it.

I know it's sort of the trademark of your preseason training sessions is the infamous lactate test.

James Milner loved it. Nobody else did.

Andy Robertson, first day first day i believe didn't enjoy the lactate test

especially do you want to tell us a little bit about that um yeah i would say he was he was

questioning it why um yeah but i think you um the the the saying would be you you can take with a pinch of

salt you know when when robo is uh is is is driving the the world around him a little bit crazy

with things but and that's why again he's he's he a great character yeah in the end to be honest it

was absolutely okay and yeah you know what you just said the word which is my next question there

because i was going to ask you what robber was like to work with and i can't help but jump to

his character his sense of humor,

his personality. And it sounds like you're very similar in terms of when you think of Andy

Robinson, you do just think of that, that laugh, that bubbly side, always telling jokes. And

that's kind of what he's always been, I guess. Yeah. No, absolutely. The funny thing is for me,

you know, as a German, I adapted to Scouse, more or less, to understand that. And then he came in with a Scottish accent. And then I was a little bit lost the first weeks, I would say. But then working with him, it made it just easy to understand it and then you if you know if you catch
