friendships. We're talking about all kinds of friendships, but female friendships. We have lots

of men listening today who tune in regularly. And I'm asking you not to tune out because

there's some in this conversation that is for you two. Men need friendships and I think your friendships look different

than ours for obvious reasons, but we need each other. There's something in this conversation

for everybody today. My friend Andy Andrew wrote a book and she is geared it towards women,

but again, there's enough here for all of us. We are wired for connection. We feel things

deeply. We self-protect when it's

wise and when it's not. We have much to learn. Andy's new book is titled friendship. It's complicated.

Avoid the drama. Create authentic connection and fulfill your purpose together. We've got a handful of
