0:19.8	brought by Dominion Boating Systems. Today, Judge Eric Davis asked the pool of prospects
0:25.7	and number of questions, things like whether they watch Fox News, for instance, or whether
0:30.2	they have ever volunteered as poll watchers. Now, once selected, the final group of jurors
0:36.1	will be tasked with deciding whether or not Fox News asked with acted with actual malice
0:42.0	in the aftermath of the 2020 election when Fox News aired false statements about election
0:47.7	interference. Thanks to the result of a pretrial hearing, the falsity of those claims, those
0:54.0	claims about election fraud, those conspiracies about Hugo Chavez and the machine's flipping
1:00.2	results of the election are a given. The judges already ruled on that. They are presumed false,
1:06.2	such spurious claims will not be debated before this jury, which makes this next development
1:11.4	particularly interesting. We have now in our possession those newly uncovered recordings,
1:17.4	the source of all that upheaval would shook yesterday's hearing with the judge. We told you
1:22.6	about that when we came on the air yesterday. Not only did they provide an extraordinary new look
