0:17.9	defamation lawsuit against Fox News. Just a little bit ago, we received word of a bombshell
0:24.0	of a plot twist during what was supposed to be the last pre-trial hearing before jury
0:28.6	selection begins. Here's that headline. The judge's quote sanctioned Fox News and its
0:33.6	parent company Fox Corp for withholding evidence in the Dominion defamation suit and said he is
0:39.9	considering further investigation and censure. That judge is also quote, considering appointing
0:46.0	a special master to investigate the Fox legal team's actions. Now the breaking point today
0:52.1	appears to have been in part surprise evidence that was introduced in court today when this
0:57.6	happened. Quote lawyers for Dominion boating systems played recordings that Fox News producer
1:03.7	Abby Grossberg made during 2020, which were not handed over to Dominion's lawyers during discovery.

1:21.3	reporting on today's explosive new development. Quote the rebuke came after lawyers for Dominion
1:28.4	revealed a number of instances in which Fox's lawyers had not turned over evidence in a timely manner.
1:35.3	That evidence included recordings of the Fox News host Maria Bartoromo talking with former
1:40.9	president Trump's lawyers, Sydney Powell and Rudy Giuliani, which Dominion said had been turned
1:46.9	over only a week ago. The judge quote said he was very concerned that there have been misrepresentations
1:53.5	to the court saying, quote, this is very serious. A lawyer for Dominion told the court that they were
1:59.8	still receiving relevant documents from Fox, but the trial just days away. It's for that surprise
