But before we get into that, though, let's, you know, I think we need to remind folks about

communication, right?

It is by far the most frequent behavior we all engage in at work, right?

Communication.

And for most of us, we don't even think about it.

We just do it.

And we were never taught, right?

We weren't taught how to communicate we just

learned it right and yeah we all learned it a different way and the problem is I

come to work communicating one way and you come to work

communicating another way and Wendy comes communicate another way and this creates

problems for us. Yeah Wendy has that British way which is a serious problem.

I know and you know like 10% of the time I gotta go what?

Yeah.

You know in most of us it's not that we learned it differently, that's part of it. But the fact is we learned it in an environment that wasn't professional. We learned it at home.

Yeah, exactly. We learned it at home at a young age, and now we're in a different environment with a lot different rules and regulations.

The professional environment we work in requires us to work in close proximity to other people.
