Welcome to Manager Tools. Today's topic and not but meeting ground rule. Here we go. Okay, dude, dude, that is a tough one to say and yeah, not but. Okay, we're gonna explain that here in a couple of minutes because it needs some explaining frankly.

You know in most of us it's not that we learned it differently, that's part of it. But the fact is we learned it in an environment that wasn't professional. We learned it at home.
