In the bigger ones, and let's not pretend that we don't as adults sometimes wrestle with

being received or accepted or invited.

I mean, these are very real things that they are going to grapple with for a significant

part of their lives.

And so how do we at a young age and still end them?

Your loveability is completely anchored in the fact that God is crazy about you, that

He delights in you, that He takes pleasure in you because of the perfect righteousness

of His Son, Jesus Christ, covering you.

And there is absolutely nothing that you can do to change that.

I brought her back on.

She was on earlier this year in January on episode 55, and we talked about how to really

parent with Grace.

And I decided to bring her back on.

I just, whenever I talk to her, I feel like she describes Grace so well, both for me

as a mom and how to interweave it with my discipline, so that I'm really reflecting what I think

God intends for us in our parenting.

And I love what she says near the end of the episode that our kids have not been given

perfect moms, but they have been given a perfect savior.

And our whole purpose is to anchor them in the knowledge of why they are lovable.
