Her name is Judy Wilkins Smith.

She is the author of a new book called Decoding Your Emotional Blueprint, A Powerful Guide to Disentangling multigenerational patterns.

We're talking healing the mother wound, ancestral trauma,

multigenerational patterns, all that complicated,

interesting life-shaping stuff through family constellations. If you've never heard that terminology,

family constellations, I'm very excited for you because you're about to learn what that is.

We actually don't get around to defining what a constellation is until the end of this conversation.

But by the time we get there, you will already have a very good sense of what it is just by virtue of the unfolding of this conversation, which I found so magical.

Judy is passionate. She is so passionate about her work and fired up to share it with other people that it's contagious. I found myself smiling while editing this interview, which I had to do quite heavily because there were some funky

microphone sounds going on or maybe Zoom sounds I record on Zoom but I think I did a

pretty good job and that the result is good there's a couple of little extra noises

here and there but it's nothing too distracting and yay! I'm so

excited to get to share this with you. We don't talk about Broome. No, no, no, no. Everybody
