Hello, dear citizens of Sophie Land. I just thought that I would give you a little update

because if you are a, I don't even know if you can call yourself a regular listener of this

podcast because it has been irregular as fuck, to be honest with you. I started this podcast in

January of this year, so what, five, six months ago?

Five months ago? And I don't know if there's been a single regular thing about it. But I do want to,

at the very least, keep you updated on what's happening because I know it's been gone for a little bit.

And also, it's been changing formats and blah, blah, blah. So here's where we're at now.
