0:48.7	Hey everyone and welcome back to another episode of Behind the Bliss. Today I am stoked to be sitting down with my friend and coach Alexandra Caval.
1:02.2	Alexandra works with grace-based Christian coaching, which is an amazing service for just about anybody.
1:07.9	You're not quite sure what in the world coaching is, or maybe you've heard a
1:11.0	little bit about it, but want some clarity. We actually have an episode solely dedicated to Christian
1:16.2	coaching, what it is, who they serve, and a little bit behind the scenes of what Alexandria does
1:20.6	specifically in episode 20 with Allie herself. But in case you needed a refresher real quick, Christian coaching is future focused,
1:29.4	whereas maybe, for example, counseling would be past focused and oriented. This is more,
1:34.0	instead of dealing with your past, this is focusing on your future, which I love so much. It's action

1:58.0	Truly, it kind of just creates this breathing room and grace space for the Holy Spirit to speak into my life and in my current circumstance. Or maybe something I'm anticipating to walk through.
