Doing a little update situation.

Last week I talked a lot about about the books that I've been reading.

And I'm trying to think if I've read two in the time that I've, no, I don't think so.

I read remarkably bright creatures this week and I loved that book. I did not

think that I was going to enjoy it the way that I did because I, the way that it was portrayed

was very octopus-heavy. And if you look at the cover, especially now with the spray edges,

which is quite frankly what made me take the plunge into buying it finally because the spray edges are so cute.

It seems childish. I don't know. Like when you think about octopus and then you see this

book with all these colors, I thought I'm getting into, like what am I getting myself into?

But it's been revered. There's so many reviews. Like I said getting into, like, what am I getting myself into? But it's been

revered. There's so many reviews. Like I said, the packaging got me. So I finally took the

plunge and I got it and I absolutely loved it. I mean, there's so much commentary on how we live

our lives. It's another, I would say, conversation around elderly people and what it looks like when it gets

towards the time of your life where you need more care and what that looks like for people

who are alone.

I just thought it was such a great book.

It was really heartfelt.

I cried in it, which again, I was not expecting and just loved it so much.

So that's what I read this week.

And then I'm also in the middle of the names right now. And I'm about 100 pages in. Warning, I don't
