Hey, the Bird Show, is a health warning on social media really going to keep you or your kids off of social media for a certain amount of time.

Before we debate that and answer it, let me share this story with you,

guess, okay?

And it comes a couple of weeks ago from a remote Brazilian tribe

in way deep in the Amazon rainforest.

They recently got access to the internet for the very first time ever.

Thanks to the satellite Starlink Service, which I think is Elon Musk's, right?

So tribe leaders said that almost immediately as soon as they had access to the internet,

that they had to institute time limits or nothing was

getting done at all. One of the elders said in the village if you don't hunt or

fish and plant you don't eat. So right off the bat after watching stuff go down they

restricted internet access to two hours in the morning and then they got a

little bit more liberal at night, five hours at night, and then nobody, nobody in this village

in Brazil was allowed to be on the internet on Sunday.

That is Family Day, right?

So what were these kids and what were the adults doing on the internet when they got it for the very first time?

The tribe is dealing with the exact same things we're dealing with here in our country.

Group chats full of gossip, addictive social networks,

abusive online strangers, hours and hours of sports streaming, video games scams misinformation minors

watching pornography it immediately happened right one of the

elders said when it arrived everyone was so happy but now things have gotten so much worse young people have gotten lazy because of the internet

That's in a middle of nowhere right so keep that in mind when we debate this because the Surgeon General here in the US yesterday said you know what what we ought to do here is I'm just going to propose this is put some kind of health warning on social media.
