| 2:30.1 | As you listen and meditate upon this Psalm, allow yourself to picture Jesus reciting it as he grew up. |

| 2:42.0 | It would have been a common practice for him to pray and sing the Psalms. |
| 2:48.0 | Imagine Psalm 42 as his heartfelt cry psalm 42 as the deer longs for streams of water so i long for you |

| 3:14.8 | it used to be why am I discouraged why is my heart so sad I will put my hope in God. |
| 3:27.0 | Now I am deeply discouraged, but I will remember you. |
| 3:33.0 | Each day the Lord pours his unfailing love upon me, and through each night I sing his songs, |
| 3:39.0 | praying to God who gives me life. |
| 3:44.6 | Why am I discouraged? |
