Today I have an interview for you with Simon Cunningham, founder of LendingMMO.com. We're going to talk all things peer-to-peer lending today.

It's going to be a good introduction but even have a little bit of advanced knowledge

for you. I've been wanting to bring you some information on peer-to-peer lending for a while and

but the problem is I'm just not an expert in it. I'm really not. I've never borrowed from a peer to peer lender. I've never lent through a peer to peer lender. So that's a pretty bad combination to actually be able to bring you any value other than

knowing conceptually what it is and reading articles from time to time about it.

I'm about the worst person in the world to talk to you about peer-to-peer lending.

So, as with most things that I'm not very good at, I have gone out and found somebody who I think is an

expert.

And my guest today is a man named Simon Cunningham and he is the

founder of a website called LendingMMO.com. And basically all Simon does is talk and

write about and get it and he's involved in and then he just

simply talks and writes constantly about peer-to-peer lending. So he's very

involved in the industry but he's coming at it from a lay person he

doesn't work for any of the large lending club he doesn't work for Lending Club or

Prosper which are the two big peer-to-peer lending companies that are out there
