because it is really a special one. I have the great privilege of speaking with Thai Dinger.

Thai is an incredibly accomplished runner and human being as a whole. In high school,

Thai won multiple state championships made it to national championships such as New Balance Outdoor

Nationals, I believe, and Foot Locker in cross country, and also broke school records. He then

went on to Stanford University, where he contributed to the team through his performances,

but not only that, also through his leadership of the team when Ty was selected as a team captain,

which is truly an incredible honor. Tye is currently a PhD student at Harvard in health policy

while pursuing his dream of running at the highest level possible. Yeah, you heard me right,

he's getting a PhD in Harvard while trying to be the best level possible. Yeah, you heard me right. He's getting a PhD in Harvard

while trying to be the best runner he can be, which is truly remarkable and was a fun part of

the conversation to ask him questions surrounding that. In this conversation, Ty and I discuss

his career at length from his high school years to his current pursuit of reaching his potential

in the sport.

We also discussed leadership, books, reflection, the power of storytelling, and so much more.
