Summary

Today I have the privilege of speaking with Tai Dinger. Tai is an incredibly accomplished runner and human being. In high school, he won state championships, made it to national championships, and broke school records. He then went on to Stanford University where he contributed to the team through his performances, but also through his leadership of the team. Tai is currently a PhD Student at Harvard in Health Policy while pursuing his dream of running at the highest-level possible.

In this conversation, Tai and I discuss his career at length; from his high school years to his current pursuit of reaching his potential in this sport. We also discuss leadership, books, reflection, the power of storytelling, and much more! This was a really fun and insightful conversation. I hope you all enjoy this episode as much as I did.
