Plus, Chris Chavez had a lot of strikeouts in his career as a pitcher. And your kid, too. I saw he pitched well again this weekend. Hey, let's get that out of the way first. How did Noah do this weekend? and how did Charles do?

Charles did good.

They did lose finally.

I mean, it had been a while, but they lost five to four on Friday to Pace and then beat Pensacola Catholic 11 to 1. A lot of good fight coming back from Pace, you know, their coached really well. But the coaching staff for Charles has got these kids prepared. They didn't give up. They kept fighting trying to come back, got back in the game against Pace, just came up one run short and then responded well against Catholic. Noah threw the ball well. Yeah, another good game and just getting him ready for district tournament and getting the team ready. I think, you know, they got two games this week, and then they start district tournament play. last week, that's about as good a performance as you could hope for. And kind of the recipe moving

forward, right, to win some games against high quality teams. I'll tell you what, I don't care

who you have on your team. You go on the road against a 10th ranked team and you take two or three, any team in the country would take that.

I mean, so I think, like you said, it couldn't have been a better response for this team to go in and do what they did.

And it just shows you how this coaching staff gets this team prepared no matter what.
