So the topic, as you probably saw, is death and grief. We're going to be talking with my BFF,

my best friend Ashley. She is a registered nurse based in California.

She has experience in public health. She's also been a champion for palliative care,

Even if someone isn't actively dying, like having those conversations beforehand,

we realize there's a lot that we don't know about our close family members in terms of how

And the reason we also really wanted to talk with Ashley is because she is still dealing with

the loss of her mother that was 18 months ago. And so she has like this not only professional

experience with all of this, but also a personal connection with death, dying, and grieving as well.
