Officials say that five people are now confirmed dead following the tragic collapse of the 12-story Champlain South Towers

in Surfside, Florida.

Yesterday, the body of a fifth victim was pulled from the rubble.

156 people remain unaccounted for.

The mayor of Surfside joins the show next hour,

and we will have a live report from the ground coming up in just a couple of minutes.

Also coming up this week, the Trump Organization could be

criminally charged by the Manhattan District Attorney Cy Vance's office in a case that Trump's

attorney, say, is tied to tax-related conduct. NBC News has previously reported that the Manhattan

District Attorney was probing schemes where Trump organization employees

were allegedly able to avoid paying taxes in exchange for benefits such as apartments.
