There are times when I call on the Lord that a lot of times I don't hear his voice.

He's testing my faith.

He's wanted to see what is going to be my next step.

And what I like to do is kind of get alone.

Spend time with him, reading, praying, waiting.

And then you begin to hear the voice of God to the Word of God.

David was a prayer warrior, and then spiritually, of course, he was chosen to be

the king of Israel. Once Saul was rejected, David became the king. And then his son, Solomon,

took over the kingship. Now, when Solomon took over, there were no more battles. God gave him a beautiful time.

He actually inherited everything David had.

He became the king.

But then if you read the book of Psalms, and then you come to Solomon's books, Ecclesiastes.

When Solomon came to that place in his own personal life, when he had everything in life,

that when he wrote the book of ecclesiastes, he said, all things are vanity, of vanity, of vanity.

He learned that nothing can bring peace to your life.

He learned that you really needed God in your life.
