and seminal cake if you're lucky. Not a particularly rich diversity of festive foods. That's why in this edition we're going beyond

the UK to travel the world in search of Easter treats, to provide some inspiration

perhaps to look deeper and remind ourselves that for many

people around the world this is a time when some of the most special of foods are prepared.
