| 0:00.0 | Today's 10-minute walk is helping you keep your fitness promise, which adds another link |
| 0:09.5 | to your growing fitness chain. |
| 0:12.9 | Ava and I were out for a walk last night and we had what I thought was a humorous moment. |
| 0:19.4 | I'm not even sure that Ava recognized it as such because |
| 0:24.1 | our personalities are different, but I felt it in the moment, heard what I heard, and laughed |
| 0:31.3 | inside. Meanwhile, Ava, I think, was somewhat oblivious. So we were out walking and typically we leave our home and then |

| 1:42.7 | fast as I usually do, and she probably don't walk as fast as I usually do. |
| 1:45.1 | And she probably doesn't walk as slow as she would like to sometimes. |
| 1:49.1 | So it's a moderate pace. |
| 1:50.3 | It's a normal pace. |
| 1:52.5 | And we're walking. |
| 1:54.0 | And I could tell that this other couple with the dogs had turned and they were walking in the same direction at about the same speed |
| 2:03.7 | and they were right behind us. For Ava and others who have her personality, it's like, so what, |
