Hey everyone. I'm your other host, Caitlin, and welcome to this very special episode where we have an interview for you with our good friend and newly published author Amy Rakow, who just published the book, I Love You, I Know, Lessons in Love and Friendship. And Amy has been a friend of the podcast for many, many years, has been on

the podcast a long time ago in one of our very first interviews actually on the show, I think.

She is the founder of the 365 Star Wars Project, which initially started as a website highlighting

women in Star Wars and has been continuing

for three, four years now, a very long time. And she has recently published her very first book

through Star Wars. I love you. I know lessons in love and friendship. And we got to talk to her

today all about it. And it was lovely and great. And we are so excited for Amy. Yeah, this book is

really adorable. It's super cute. It's a great size and it makes, I mentioned this in the

interview, but I think it really does make a really cute Valentine's Day gift for yourself,

for your friend, for someone you love. It's a collection of exactly what it says,

lessons in love and friendship. And just it's

nice, we talked about this with Amy, but it's nice to see some relationships that maybe you

wouldn't even think about be recontextualized in this book. And it's really, it's a joy to read.

So I just thought it would be fun to read a passage from this book because I think that there's

a lot of really great passages

in here. And I really loved this one between Leia and Amalyn Haldow from The Lost Jedi. So this is in

the Friends section. And I thought this would be good because, you know, Caitlin and I are BFF.

So it says, be the spark. Although General Leia, Organa and Amelan Haldow have a lifelong battle against

the empire in the first order on their hands, they always maintain their support for one another. True friends
