Well, let's see I live in Carlsback, California and I have an amazing husband, Hobie and a son Cade and I love that we live so close so we can connect for sure.

And I really am living the dream over here. I love that I get to work from home and change people's lives and businesses with the work that I do so I can't complain.

Amy, I feel like you're on entrepreneur on fire like every other episode, but I just looked it up though you're on episode eight, which is amazing a hello like top 10 like that never happens so cool and then 259 and now it's been a thousand episodes.

I don't even understand what you're talking about when you say you have a thousand episodes like I'm not even at 200 yet so don't even talk to me this is crazy town.

Okay, we'll stop talking about that, but what we will start talking about is is why you're so awesome because I said, hey, I've had now over 1200 past gas. I need to have 33 that I'm going to bring on for this special month of freedom in January and early February for the Freedom General campaign.

Your name flew to the top of the list because I said if there's anybody that I know that knows how to set an accomplished goals her name is Amy Porterfield so Amy I'm so thrilled you're here to talk to us about that and just break it down for fire nation like why are goals important to you in your life.

That's a good question so goals help me determine where I want to go and because I tend to want to go in a bunch of different directions I think that's the spirit of being an entrepreneur with goals I really get to keep my eye on the prize, but they also help me remember what is not my focus right now so it's easier to get on what I like called the no train my mentor Marie for Leo taught me that so it's easier to get on the no train when I'm keenly aware of the big.

I'm not really aware of the big goals that I've set for myself and every single day I'm moving toward that and really making sure I'm not moving toward a bunch of different things that were never part of the plan.

So Amy I can tell you right now why you don't have 1200 episodes is because I mean, fire nation have you ever listen to Amy's episodes if you haven't you are literally local and crazy because every single one of your episodes is like a master class I mean you spend so much time on every single one of these episodes just crash.

I mean, when I go from my walks here in San Diego the Bay and I see that there's a new episode from your podcast I'm just like online marketing made easy check I know that like the next hour I'm just going to be value bomb drop left and right so

for a nation you have to get on there and and Amy you put so much time effort into these episodes and you sometimes do have guests as well and I was so honored to an early January to have been another or I should say another but to have been a repeat guest on your show so thank you for that well thanks for being there now appreciate you saying all that because sometimes I feel really guilty that I'm not turning them out faster but you're right they do take me a long time and it is always a welcome thing when I have a really good guest so I'm so glad you came in and January it was pretty good.

And January it was perfect.

Well it's always about quality it's never about quantity you know I've just really decided to say I want to do the best quality podcast daily that I can possibly do and you're just doing a hugely quality podcast weekly but I think I heard you might be going to two times a week is that true no shut your mouth shut your mouth.
