Fifth grader Amy Mahalovic went to Bay Village Middle School on Friday, wearing green pants, a lavender and green sweatshirt and carrying a denim and red backpack.

Police found Amy's bike locked up at school, but they haven't found Amy.

I've always taught them the rules. You never go with anyone anywhere, but that's how we got through her, through her soft heart.

She wanted to do something for mom and it was supposed to be kept secret. First of all, Margaret and Amy were close. You know, they wrote horses together,

they hung out together. They were more close. And I think that there had to be some factual basis

in Amy's mind for this trip to meet this person.

And I think that would make sense.

And I also think that for them to have the information they did

implies some familiarity with Margaret.

That's what somebody's told me that you'd have to know the area to be out there.

He could have been any age, really.

I mean, we have a range of about 25 to 35, roughly, for this individual.

Differing clothing descriptions, different hair descriptions, one with glasses, one without glasses.

I think what we can safely say is that it's a white male, average build, who is probably in that 25 to 35 year age, that

seem to be fairly consistent. That's what we really can tell. Beyond that, it becomes very

difficult to get in any kind of specifics as to who that person is or what they look like.

Yeah, the kids, and I don't, I think I remember the word, but if somebody said, I'm here to pick up you at school,

without them saying the secret word, they knew that that was not, they weren't supposed to be doing that.

It was brought up, yeah.

That's what makes you think even more that she knew something about this person that she went off with.

By then Margaret had called all the Amy's parents' friends or friends and called some of our friends that lived in.
