So everything we make is plant-based.

Everything we make is free from the top nine allergens.

And we put an asterisk next to tree nuts because the United States is the only country in the world that

considers coconut to be a tree nut. It's actually a fruit. And we use coconut in a lot of our

products because it's an amazing healthy fat. So our best selling products tend to be our protein

bars. So we make a 15 gram protein bar and the typical comment we hear

ingredient is dates. It's not powdered protein. And so it's more like a Lara bar with protein in it. And then we carefully

choose a lot of ingredients that are naturally high in protein. So sunflower seeds, chia seeds, ham, pumpkin

seeds. And so by using those ingredients, you know, we're giving the bar some crunch,

some texture, or we're also bringing in some protein. And then we basically fill up a deficient

to the 15 gram deficiency by adding in brown rice protein powder. So it's kind of reverse of what most of the protein

bars do is they start with the protein powder first and then they go back and they add like peanut
