It's called The Mueller Report, all 448 pages, of which some was indeed redacted. It was delivered by Mueller and spitshined and fixed up by Bill Barr, the Attorney General.

And despite the redactions, we learned an awful lot. And what we essentially learned is, one, that whatever conspiracy happened between Russia and individuals in the Trump campaign, it did not rise to the level of criminal conspiracy.
