My name is Freddie Gray. I'm the deputy editor of the

spectator. I am thrilled to be joined for the first time in a long time by Chadwick Moore,

who is a contributing editor to The Spectator in America and the author of a new book

called So You've Been Sent to Diversity Training.

Chadwick, I wanted to talk to you about the Twitter files, which we're going to get

on to in a second, but I first of all wanted to ask you about this book and wondered if you

could tell me a little bit about what it is and what you learned.
