Summary

Lawyer Alan Dershowitz joins Freddy Gray to react to the 20,000 newly released Epstein emails — and why he believes far more remains hidden. He discusses Trump’s appearance in the documents, the contradictions in Virginia Giuffre’s testimony, the FBI’s real “client list”, and why judges are still sealing major depositions.

We will cover the Trump presidency, of course, but we will also be doing quite a lot of

1:00.9

non-Trump-related podcasts, because if you're anything like me, the story of Donald Trump

it seems that Epstein didn't have a very high opinion of you.

1:56.0

He didn't. And I didn't have a very high opinion of him. We were doing each other.

2:00.2

He thought the deal I made with the government was a terrible deal because it required him to go to jail for 18 months.

2:06.5

He refused to pay my fee.

2:08.7

I threatened to sue him, and ultimately, we settled the case.

2:13.0

But I had nothing to do with Epstein once he was convicted.

2:18.2

Of course, I was then accused by Virginia Gufrey, the same person who accused Prince Andrew,

2:24.1

formerly known as the Prince Andrew, and she ultimately admitted that she may have misidentified

2:30.2

and he made a mistake and withdrew all of her charges.
