filling everybody else's cup and we so often neglect ourselves. And I just speak for my own experience.

We got a great episode in store for you today with Haley Arrantia, my true crime correspondent here at the Low Life podcast and fan favorite here. I love when Haley comes on the show. I'm actually recording this episode live from Nashville, Tennessee, y'all. I'm in Nashville, Tennessee right now. Impromptu trip. I'm really excited to be here, though, because there's a guest I've been wanting on the show for a while. His name is Claude Kelly. He's based in Nashville. And so I had a other guests who I wanted to interview, and they're based in Nashville. And so Claude Kelly, timing-wise, it just worked out perfect for me to come up right now because he was available. And this is a man who travels a lot for a living. He is a music producer. He's a songwriter.

He's a living.

He is a music producer. He's a songwriter. He's a legend in the music industry. A force to be reckoned with. He is such a light in this world and he's crazy talented. But most importantly, what I love about him is he's very humble, super down to earth. And so this is a guy who's written hits for Jesse Jay. That's how I met him originally.

Jesse Jay introduced me to him and we had a nice dinner

together. We hit it off. We became friends. And I was very familiar with his work. Haley has worked with him before when she was on X Factor. He was the vocal coach for X Factor. And he's written some amazing music. Bangor after banger. He's worked with Michael Jackson, Whitney Houston,

Christine Aguilera, Leona Lewis, Circus, the Britney album. Yeah, he's responsible for that. The whole circus idea, that song, Claude Kelly exclusive baby. It's Britney bitch. So I'm really excited to get him
