The reason that it's so hard to embrace change is because many times when we first encounter change, all we see is the

unknown. And that's normal. If I change, what's that going to be like? What's it going to cost? How long

is it going to take? Is it going to work? How long will it take to work? Any number of questions

when we first process change

in any of our lives, we go, I don't know, I don't know, I don't know, I don't know, I don't know,

and that's terrifying. So, what we have to do is, is have the maturity and the discipline to

realize that that is a normal human reaction to change, then go deeper, and then have the maturity to say,

what is it that I do not know?
