It was a slow news week up until Monday, right?

I mean, then kind of all hell broke loose. I mean, we just basically had

like a Trump rally last weekend. That was about it. But yeah, lots of stuff in the last 24 hours.

And, you know, we, we, I want to try and do this without smiling because I do, I am gloating a little

bit because I didn't actually think this day would

come. And I'll explain in a little while where I think this day is, or yesterday, the indictment

day is going to end up because I actually probably have slightly different opinion to a lot of people

about this. But for those who are, you know, have been living in a yurt for the last 24 hours,

Trump stands accused of conspiring in office to overturn the result of the 2020

presidential election following Joe Biden's victory.

The indictment states Mr. Trump knowingly used false claims of electoral fraud

in an attempt to subvert the legitimate election results.

A bipartisan Congressional Committee report last year came to similar conclusions and provides

much of the basis for the charges, but this represents the very first major legal attempt

to hold Donald Trump accountable for events leading up to and including the storming of the

capital by the mob on the storming of the Capitol by the
