I have a feeling. We've got a lot to talk about today. Obviously, there's all the kind of Trump's legal problems, but we've also got Ohio and Amendment 1. We've also got Marjorie Taylor Green doing crazy stuff. Mike Pence

still being harassed. We'll talk about all of that stuff. But first, I want to talk about

Trump's legal defenses. What is it with him not being able to find a decent lawyer for love nor money?

I mean, this guy, John Loro, is quite the ticket, isn't he?

Yeah, you know, there should be a disconnect between all of the crazy legal theories being floated around the right wing media ecosystem and his legal

team, but there isn't. It seems like all these wild theories that get floated around on the

internet, his lawyers are saying it on TV. One would hope that they don't say it in court, because

what we've seen in the past is there was

sort of that disconnect where, you know, Rudy or whatever, they would say one thing to the public,

but then they would go into court and backtrack and say something different, you know, but

this current crew doesn't seem to, there doesn't seem to be much difference between the crazy theories and what

they're saying are his defenses.

My concern, though, because I watched John Loro going on Ari Melba's show, and Ari Melba,

who's a lawyer, I think, just kind of knocked down his whole case, told him exactly, you know, the holes in his

defence. And I was thinking to myself, you know, this kind of trial by media is actually quite

unhelpful because effectively John Loro is getting like really kind of high-end legal advice just by going on television.

I mean, is there a chance that actually having lawyers as news anchors is not helping the case

...
