For all you moviegoers, AMC will soon start charging different prices for movies depending on where your seat is.

So AMC is rolling out a new pricing system called Sightline, where tickets will be priced differently based on where you're sitting.

It's like how concerts work, sporting events, plays, airlines.

The all pricing is going to be changing. There's going to be standard Sightline, which will be the most common and will be available for the usual price of a ticket.

But then there's going to be value Sightline. Those are the tickets that are going to cost less like the front row, so you can get a front row ticket for less.

And then there's going to be preferred Sightline.

And those seats will cost you slightly more than what the ticket already is right now. And those are the prime seats in the middle of the theater.

And it's all going to go. It'll be all their locations by the end of the year.

So I'm really torn about this because I really like the movie going experience.
