Today, I'm so excited because we have Amber runs back on the podcast. She's been on the podcast a couple times before.

I'm sure most of you guys know who she is already. She is pretty prominent on social media.

She is going into her suffering at college. She just recently made the transfer from High Point University to Flagler University in Florida.

And that's basically what we talk about in this episode. It's her decision to transfer and everything.

Her experience dealing with injuries, running, mental health, and so much more.

So such a good catch up episode. So I hope you guys enjoy it.

All right, Amber is back on the podcast. It has been way too long. It's literally been I had to look.

I think it's been since like, was it October of 2021? I don't know, like a year and a half.

It's been that long. I was like, because I went on in what, 2022? It's like, 20 and then it was 2021.

And then I was like, dude, we might need to do an update soon. I was literally thinking about that.

And then you had messaged me. I was like, no way.

Yeah, I know. And I was like, I was like, you're back home for the summer. I feel like now's the time, you know?

Yeah, I feel like my life has changed. So like so many things have happened since the last time that we talked.

So it's just crazy. Yeah, exactly. You look a lot older too.

I am 19 now. I feel like, yeah, like especially like back in 2020, I feel like, I don't know, you look so young.

But now I feel like we kind of look similar. You almost look like me. I feel like I'm kind of talking like my high school self.

And it's kind of freaking me out.

Yeah, well, I'm excited to get all the updates and so were people. People were like, yeah, best collab ever.

And I was like, woo, third time's the charm.

I know, dude, that's so crazy. There's so many updates to like my life.

It just so much has happened. It's crazy.
