Don't know if you heard about this.

Amazon has come out and they have said they're going to lay off 9,000 employees in the next

coming weeks. Disney has also come out and said that they're laying off 4,000 employees.

They just laid off 7,000. They're getting ready to lay off 4,000 more.

I thought the economy was doing great.

And there was this article in the Wall Street Journal,

which you're too cheap to pay for.

Right. And it said that 27% of hiring managers reported

job postings stayed up for more than 4 months.

And over half of these managers said that they keep up the job opening the posting,

to give out the impression that the company was growing.

It's amazing you said that because I just had a conversation with a buddy of mine who's been

in radio for years the other day. And he was commenting on how many radio jobs are supposedly

available. And we're saying there's no way there's that many radio jobs actually available.

Right. And he's like, these companies have to be just maybe some of them just leaving them up.

Right. It's for the stockholders and the stakeholders.

Interesting.

Not for the actual people who want to be gainfully employed.
