Welcome back. It is time for the morning mindset. I hope you are ready to set

aside this time no matter what you may be doing actively. You might be

driving or on the treadmill or in front

of the mirror getting ready for the day.

But regardless of the activity you're involved in right now, I encourage you to dedicate

your mind and your heart to these few minutes that we have together

so that you can get your mind aligned with the truth of God and make perhaps the most significant investment in your day that you have an

opportunity to make.

It could be happening right now.

So let's take this seriously.

We are looking at 1 Peter chapter 3.

Verse number 8, there's a series of things here that Peter says we as believers in Christ

are responsible for toward each other.

And we've just come to the very last one in this sentence. I'm going to read

the entire sentence so you can have the context, but then we're going to focus in on the last

one. He says, finally, all of you have unity of mind, sympathy, brotherly love, a tender heart, and a humble mind.

A humble mind. We did a series not too long ago working through the concepts covered in

Andrew Murray's book, Humility. If you have not heard those, I would recommend you go back and find them.

There are just so many great jewels of wisdom that Andrew Maria, a pastor in the 1800s

from South America, shared with us.

But my encouragement to you is that a humble mind,
