Good morning, everybody.

Welcome to another episode of Hock Blogger Mornings.

I'm Brian Nemhauser, and it is a glorious Tuesday morning here up in the Pacific Northwest.

We are here just a couple of days away from the NFL draft, the 2025 NFL draft,

will be a big one for your Seattle Seahawks who have not one, not two, not three, not four,

but five picks in the top 92 of this draft, a draft that will very likely either set this

team on a course towards breaking out of their kind of middle of the road morass or send them

into potentially a different path altogether. So a very pivotal draft for this team,

for this front office, for this coaching staff. And I'm excited for it. I'm excited for it. I'm excited for

our draft coverage on Thursday. It's one of my favorite times of the year with the fellas,

with the team. And I'll be doing it from the VMA this year for the first time.

So we will be there with you for every single pick, not just the Seahawks, but all the picks.

And so I haven't done it there before.

We'll see how it goes.

But it's going to be a lot of fun and especially the live reactions.

And there's a lot to get to today. I was going to go live at 730, but man, I just couldn't wait. I couldn't wait. Let's do it now.

And part of the reason is there's like there's draft stuff going on. I want to talk about there was a press

conference, as I've mentioned before, with John Schneider and Mike McDonald

yesterday at the VMAQ.

I'm going to play you some sound and react to some of the clips from that and tell you

what I think the news is coming out of that press conference.
